Jiang Handing, deputy director of the Green Manufacturing Division of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, told the Economic Information Daily that Ningbo is accelerating the construction of a green manufacturing system. Classification and grading promote the demonstration and creation of green factories, green parks, green design products, and green supply chains. While increasing support for the development of green and environmental protection strategic emerging industries, it is also necessary to avoid low-level duplicate construction. Mao Tao suggested that based on the respective advantages of the eastern, central and western regions, adapt measures to local conditions and give play to their advantages, prevent rushing up, and stop project planning in time for places that do not have a foundation for industrial development, so as to avoid low-level duplicate construction and homogeneous disorderly competition.
