Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, more than 5 years working experience in chemical production industry. 

Organize the establishment and improvement of the production command system, formulate production plans, check production work, and ensure the completion of production tasks.

According to the production operation plan, master the production progress, do a good job in the coordination of each workshop, organize the distribution of labor, and balance the scheduling of equipment raw materials.

Hold regular production meetings to analyze the production situation and propose solutions and measures to solve problems.

Responsible for technical and quality assurance work in production, organize and solve problems in time, and report major problems directly to the general manager.

Responsible for controlling the quality of internal processing and solving various measures affecting processing quality.

Responsible for safety measures in the production process.

Responsible, strong communication, able to deal with various emergencies in a timely manner.

Major in organic chemistry or applied chemistry, familiar with the chemical industry.

Have a strong sense of safety, pay attention to safe operation, and be responsible for employee safety training.

Familiar with the use and management of equipment in the fine chemical industry, responsible for technical guidance of production projects and handling sudden abnormalities.

Carry out on-the-job production process training and ensure that it is implemented according to the process.

By strengthening and improving process management control, improve product quality and reduce consumption costs.

Responsible for implementing the management system of the workshop to ensure orderly, safe and efficient production.

Organic chemistry or applied chemistry and other related majors.

Familiar with chemical industry, have certain experience in organic synthesis production.

Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and be able to adapt to shifts.

Chemical engineering and chemistry majors are preferred.

Have certain experience in chemical production, under the age of 50.

Experience in environmental 6S and daily management of equipment is preferred.

Have a sense of teamwork, and be able to complete the work content arranged by the leader as required.
